2 birds, 1 stone

John can never make decent tea and I’m off to the big chill festival this weekend and those 2 facts are linked by this frequently unanswered questions page which includes making tea amongst other useful things to know about chilling:

Q: How do I make a good cup of tea?
A: First, warm the pot by pouring scalding water in, swilling it about a bit and chucking down the sink. Then, add teabags or spoons of loose tea. One per person and one for the pot. Or less, if you don’t like it strong. Now, boil the kettle again. As it is boiling, pour it over the tea. Leave for five minutes, then serve in bone china cups with Digestives on the saucers.

I think I do all that. Although I don’t believe a teabag is equivalent to one teaspoon of tea.
