Who Should I Vote For?

Just like everybody else (John, Ajay, Ian)I did the who should you vote for test and the results are in:

Who Should You Vote For?

Who should I vote for?

Your expected outcome:

Liberal Democrat

Your actual outcome:

Labour 13
Conservative -26
Liberal Democrat 58
UK Independence Party 37
Green 39

You should vote: Liberal Democrat

The LibDems take a strong stand against tax cuts and a strong one in favour of public services: they would make long-term residential care for the elderly free across the UK, and scrap university tuition fees. They are in favour of a ban on smoking in public places, but would relax laws on cannabis. They propose to change vehicle taxation to be based on usage rather than ownership.

And like John I need to point out that I don’t want a ban on smoking in public places. Public places are beginning to realise that they may be better off not allowing smoking anyway. And I think the world is big enough for smokers and non-smokers to fit in. I guess the rest of the Lib Dem stuff I do almost agree with. Not that I’ve looked into it in too great a detail. I’m sure they have proposals I’d be totally against, I just haven’t heard about them. I’d also like to point out that I’m certainly not voting Green and as for UKIP, God knows what views I share with them!
