The art of tea
I cannot remember if I showed this link to John before. Its mainly for his benefit as he has often complained that he doesn’t know how to make a good cup of tea (not that he drinks it, but this may be why). It would also be incredibly good reading for any Americans that think you can make tea with hot water. You can’t:
