Strange Fruit
Well, vegetables actually. Every week Marie-Claire gets an organic vegetable (and fruit) delivery from River Nene. Most weeks we have some sort of clue what the box contains although recently we’ve been getting chard which I’ve never had before. But this week there’s a strange yellow thing in the box. What are these? Answers on a postcard. Or in the comments section below might be quicker and easier.

Some sort of squash I reckon.

A summer squash I think. Or a type of courgette (zucchini). It wasn’t too bad roasted with onions, mushrooms and garlic.
