Dentistry Today
No, not a new Dentistry magazine, just the highlight of my day. It says in this leaflet infront of me that I might like to take some Ibuprofen before the anaesthesia wears off. God yes; why didn’t I bother to read that before my gum started to feel like someone was wrenching my tooth out? Which, incidently is what they just did. I went into a dentists for the first time in 10 years at 9am today, they told me to come back at 3.30 when I paid someone £55 to, quite literally, wrench out my tooth. I’ve had 4 or 5 extractions in the past and apart from the one that left me needing a minor operation I’ve never seen anyone use so much force in a tooth. There’s no wonder I don’t go more often!
