ERNIE does good
Who would have thought it. I actually got a small return on my premium bonds this month. I’d still have got better returns putting the money into a bank account but at least its not a 0% rate as I have had for the past 30 years! Yes, I’ve had premium bonds since I was born and my godfather bought me £5 worth. I’ve topped that up myself in the past few years but the £50 warrant is my first win. Now all I need to do is work out how to change this “warrant” thing into cold hard cash.
update: Paid warrant into my bank just like any old cheque. Then ERNIE did it again. £50, 2 months running. Back of the net.
